(Yep, this one’s in person — and there’s a reason for that)
I was one of the first in the fitness industry to write about menopause and exercise — before it was trending and before the hype hit the headlines. My Training Menopause & Perimenopause Women online course has been taken by thousands of trainers around the world.
But here’s what I’ve learned: Watching videos and ticking off PD points isn’t enough.
Most trainers aren’t making real changes with their clients. Not because they don’t care, but because it’s bloody hard to apply generic info to real women with wildly different symptoms.
That’s why I created the Menopause Training Matrix™ — a live, in-person workshop that takes everything you think you know and turns it into real-world training practice.
We’ll get hands-on. We’ll have the hard conversations. We’ll work through scenarios you actually face.
Because women in midlife don’t need more guesswork. They need trainers who get it. And know how to respond with the right tools, the right words, and the right programming.
If you’ve ever thought,
“I know this client is in perimenopause — but I’m not sure what to do differently… ”This is the training for you.
